The precision- and practicality-obsessed Textile Technologist who joins our Product Development team will be required to:

• Source, evaluate and approve the best fabrics for new garments and updates on existing designs.
• Leverage your instincts for fabric performance to guide its application across multiple garments and ranges.
• Develop trim specifications and collaborate with suppliers to ensure samples comply with our exacting requirements.
• Test and analyse textiles and trims to ensure they meet our strict standards of strength and performance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot fabric-related issues during production, and propose actionable solutions.
• Develop, implement and conduct testing protocols that continually enhance fabric performance.
• Stay up to date on textile innovations and sustainability practices, and apply insights to enhance our ranges.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to source trims and textiles, negotiate lead times, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
