Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of test strategies and test planning across major systems.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and quality assurance processes using tools such as X-Ray.
• Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Develop and oversee automated tests (frontend, backend, and integration).
• Guide and implement performance and load testing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, reporting mechanisms, and team capability.
• Identify and implement training needs for QA engineers.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ overall IT experience, with 3+ years in a senior QA/Test Manager capacity.
• Strong experience in test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of test data management and QA best practices.
• Tools: X-Ray, Jira, Git, GitHub Actions.

Advantageous Skills

• Automated testing tools: Playwright, Cucumber.
• Performance testing: JMeter, Gatling.
• Experience with AWS architecture.
• Security, reliability, and portability testing knowledge.
