Job Description

What Will Be Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Conduct system analysis, design, development, and testing with feature team members for assigned technical products or applications within an agile/DevOps delivery model.
2. Create, maintain, and outline test scenarios and test cases for features and capabilities.
3. Track new or changed requirements and ensure these are addressed during automated testing.
4. Develop and maintain automated tests and test data for frontend, backend, and integration testing using company-standard tools and frameworks.
5. Guide and assist in defining frameworks for performance and load testing using standard tools and frameworks.
6. Integrate automation testing at various stages to uphold quality gates during build and deployment pipelines for development, regression, and release cycles.
7. Provide comprehensive test reports for each stage of testing in the SDLC, interpret test reports, and manage defects for continuous improvement.

Non-Functional Requirements

• Perform continuous quality analysis to ensure high standards of shipped products.
• Establish, implement, and evolve formal QA processes aligned with industry standards and company practices.
• Design and develop QA capabilities, including testing tools, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms, applying ShiftLeft principles.
• Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies, evaluating and integrating them as appropriate.
• Work both independently and interdependently, delivering high-quality outputs on time.

Mentorship and Communication

Mentor junior QA team members and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues and users.

Qualifications and Experience
