We are seeking a highly skilledTest Analyst – Point of Saleto join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative retail solutions, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Point-of-Sale systems through rigorous manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Point-of-Sale systems.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.
• Conduct API testing and utilize automated testing tools.
• Ensure adherence to structured test methods and processes.
• Document defects and track resolution using tools like Remedy or similar.
• Participate in Agile development processes and Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Formal software testing training (ISEB, ISTQB CTFL) (essential).
