• Create reflective test data
• Develop solutions aligning with quality and delivery standards
• Identify and escalate risks
• Review system solutions with Product Owner
• Adhere to coding and testing standards
• Document systems as per ISO standards
• Support existing solutions (DevOps)
• Share knowledge, mentor, and coach team members
