KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote products and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for the product basket within the territory, as per company requirements set monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Effectively implement and execute marketing strategies.
  • Ensure responsible utilization of Point of Sale (POS) materials provided to support marketing strategies.
  • Implement and manage Key Account (KA) channel and national sales strategies.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales activities within the territory targeting specific customers.
  • Use sales data tools to analyze territory, customer, and product performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated customer database on Repwise, achieving call rate, frequency, and coverage targets.
  • Record customer interactions on Repwise, including stock counts, product details, queries, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product training sessions for pharmacists and staff, maintaining training registers.
  • Submit monthly plans and reports to the line manager on customer engagement, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct business reviews with key customers to discuss sales performance and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with pharmacists and stakeholders.
  • Drive pharmacy front shop business through merchandising and product training.
  • Arrange appointments with pharmacists, medical professionals, and stakeholders to promote Pharma Dynamics products.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute business plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and products.
  • Provide timely feedback on marketing strategies and field intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Organize functions, workshops, and training sessions for the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with the Marketing Code Authority principles.
  • Attend external functions, conferences, and company meetings as required.
  • Complete country and day trips as per territory needs.
  • Stay updated on medical trials and trends, discussing relevant data with health professionals.
  • Manage and track expense budgets for the role and territory.
  • Implement commercial agreements with sound business returns.
  • Adhere to operational SOPs and company policies.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for territory synergy and share best practices.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to maximize product opportunities.
