Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital seeks a results-driven Sales Representative for a dynamic courier and freight forwarding client in Gauteng. You will manage an existing portfolio, win new business, and tailor solutions for customers across the value chain.

You will drive consultative selling, account management, and territory development while achieving revenue targets. A basic salary with commission and a vehicle allowance are on offer, with a three-month probation to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Matric and computer literacy required.
• Proven sales experience in courier and freight forwarding.
• Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
• Ability to manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow an established portfolio of customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within Gauteng.
• Build strong, trusted customer relationships.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and meetings.
• Identify customer requirements and pain points; present solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service solutions.
• Negotiate viable agreements while protecting margins.
• Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and respond to market changes.
• Maintain CRM data and analyze sales reports.
