MPOWER is seeking a Field Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and supervise field-based marketing activities in our Pretoria territory. You will lead pamphlet distribution teams, identify high-traffic locations, and engage with shopping centres and local stakeholders to execute campaigns and brand activations.

The role involves regular travel within the territory, coaching field teams, and reporting on activity and performance to ensure campaigns meet company standards.

Qualificações

• Matric required with at least 1 year in field marketing or supervisory role.
• Strong people management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic field environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage a team of pamphlet distributors and promoters.
• Identify and secure high-visibility distribution and activation locations.
• Build relationships with shopping centres, taxi associations, property managers and local stakeholders.
• Plan daily and weekly marketing activities and distribution schedules.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance in the field.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral, promotional items and branded materials.
• Support marketing campaigns, activations and community initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to field marketing teams.
• Prepare basic activity and performance reports.
