The Sales Agent will serve as a brand ambassador, driving market growth by selling term vehicle warranty products, including scratch and dent policies.

The ideal candidate will effectively educate customers on the benefits of these products, deliver exceptional customer service, and consistently surpass sales targets.RESPONSIBILITIESDrive sales of policy and term warranty premiums while ensuring compliance and maintaining a customer-centric approach.Respond to lead providers and customers with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.Execute the sales process with precision, integrity, and attention to detail.Identify opportunities to promote additional products and maximize lead potential.Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage potential customers and drive product acceptance.Accurately assess customer needs through active listening and strategic questioning.Align product benefits with customer needs and clearly demonstrate their value.Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance overall sales performance.Address objections effectively with well-crafted responses to build customer confidence.Maintain self-motivation and strong time management, particularly in remote work settings.Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals in a structured, deadline-driven environment.Continuously develop and refine skills by focusing on identified areas for improvement.REQUIREMENTSMatric.RE5 (Required).FETC : Short-term Insurance NQF4 or higher (preferred).Must meet regulatory requirements, including DOFA period and FAIS Fit & Proper.3 years of call centre sales experience.2 years of Term Warranty / VAP experience is essential.Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least one other official language.Strong background in outbound sales with the ability to manage high call volumes
