Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vryburg or Kathu for a Tennis Coach. The Tennis Coach will be responsible for conducting tennis training sessions, providing one-on-one and group instruction, developing training programs tailored to different skill levels, and ensuring players’ improvement and progression. The role also involves coordinating with other staff for event planning and delivering excellent customer service to academy members.

Qualifications

We’re searching for someone who’s not just a coach, but a motivator, a mentor, and a team player. Our ideal candidate will have:

• A valid work permit or legal working status in South Africa
• Registered with Tennis South Africa (TSA) and in good standing
• At least a Play Tennis Trainer qualification (National Instructor preferred)
• A strong playing level
• Fluency in English
• A valid police clearance
• A valid driver’s license
• Comfort using Word and Excel
• Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and excellent communication skills
