Tenders Marketing Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified individual with at least 2 years of professional experience in a marketing environment or procurement department, holding a degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
The candidate will handle tenders, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials to support our sales efforts.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receiving, issuing, and logging all incoming tenders
- Coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure timely receipt of information and collating data from various sources
- Preparing tender documentation for submission within deadlines
- Managing post-tender queries with customers
- Maintaining and updating the bid library with data on submissions and results
- Data entry for reports
- Writing, reviewing, and producing complete tender responses
- Standardizing bids and proposals; developing competence
- Analyzing feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with the sales team to offer solutions tailored to specific markets
- Ensuring proposals adhere to Group standards and guidelines
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and implement winning tender strategies
- Implementing best practices for response management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional experience in a marketing or procurement department or similar role
- Degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creativity and ability to produce visually appealing materials
- Analytical skills for research and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in multicultural environments and team orientation
- Self-motivated with a desire for personal development
Additional Requirements:

- Ability to edit and proofread effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
