Tender & Marketing Administrator (JB5516)

Location: Roodepoort, Johannesburg

Salary: R20 – R30,000 CTC per month

Type: Permanent

An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tender & Marketing Administrator to join their head office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, previous tender submission experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, compiling, and submitting tender documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating submissions, and supporting general marketing administration.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience handling tender submissions, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source and track tenders from various platforms
  • Complete and submit tender documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain electronic records of all submitted documents
  • Coordinate collection and delivery of tender submissions
  • Follow internal procedures and ensure bid process compliance
  • Schedule meetings and support marketing-related tasks
  • Maintain effective filing and records systems
  • Assist with planning and coordination of marketing materials or activities
