Tender & Marketing Administrator (JB5516) – Roodepoort, Johannesburg – R20 R30 000 CTC per month – Permanent

An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tender & Marketing Administrator to join their head office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, previous tender submission experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Source and track tenders from various platforms
  • Complete and submit tender documentation accurately and timeously
  • Maintain electronic records of all submitted documents
  • Coordinate collection and delivery of tender submissions
  • Follow internal procedures and ensure bid process compliance
  • Schedule meetings and support marketing-related tasks
  • Maintain effective filing and records systems
  • Assist with planning and coordination of marketing materials or activities

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, compiling and submitting tender documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating submissions and supporting general marketing administration.

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience handling tender submissions, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
