An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tender & Marketing Administrator to join their head office team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, previous tender submission experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, compiling, and submitting tender documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating submissions, and supporting general marketing administration.

Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience handling tender submissions, preferably in a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
