Temporary Employment Services Recruiter

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
• Good communication skills in English, Sesotho, and Sepedi
• Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates
• Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency
• Willing to work overtime when required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client’s specifications
• Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
• Build up a database to support clients’ needs
• Compile adverts and effectively screen responses
• Network to ensure a strong database of skilled candidates
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirements
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management
• Ensure that the candidates attending interviews with clients are prepared 48 hours prior to attendance
• Format resumes of candidates to meet client expectations
• Focused with excellent attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Use own initiative
• Self-driven and results-oriented

Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
