Reporting directly to the Senior Manager: Finance, the incumbent of this position will assist the Manager in Financial and Management accounting functions.
This position will take full responsibility of the allocated roles as indicated below.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Creditor Function
Raising of purchase orders as and when required.
Raising of goods receipts and/or service entries as and when required.
Processing of vehicle purchase and commission invoices in the Miles system ensuring that the Long-Term Contract files are complete and correct when submitted for release of payment.
Extract and e-mail monthly Recipient Created Tax Invoices for dealer commission.
Extract, check, and e-mail monthly Recipient Created Tax Invoices for payments to insurance company, maintenance and tracking service providers.
Processing of vendor invoices in SAP and ensuring payment is made when invoices fall due.
Creating payments in Standard Bank and ensuring all payments are released in the bank.
Financial Accounting Function
Daily reconciliation of the Debit Order bank account to Miles systems.
Processing of standing journal entries in SAP, e.g., Depreciation, accruals.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations of fixed assets, debtors, creditors, and bank accounts.
Extraction and preparation of documents for monthly VAT Declaration.
Working as part of KINTO SA Team
Positive and constructive relationships with all staff and management in KINTO SA are maintained at a high level.

Report writing – ability to construct logical, concise documents that are appropriate to the intended recipients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
NQF Level 5 (240 credits) Diploma or Finance related qualification.
2 years creditors management experience
2 years financial accounting experience
Work experience in the Leasing environment would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical skills would be an added advantage
Commercially aware and credible internally and externally.
3 Years Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office products).
Knowledge of Toyota Way key concepts.
Knowledge of KINTO and Toyota business operations
