Are you an experienced receptionist seeking a Temporary position? A fast growing, reputable company is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to assist and be the face of their Johannesburg office situated in Rivonia, creating exceptional experiences for visitors, clients, and employees. Requirements :

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 2 years working in an office / corporate environment
  • Relevant Post Matric Qualification

Responsibilities :

  • Manage reception, switchboard, visitor management, deliveries, meeting rooms, basic AV, and cleaning staff
  • Coordinate with security and manage parking for employees and visitors
  • Forecast, purchase, and deliver office supplies. Oversee asset management
  • Oversee kitchen and other back-office operations
  • Handle travel arrangements and reconciliation tasks
  • Support the Talent Management Team with internal events, catering, and value-add activities
  • Serve as the escalation point for office issues
  • Work with the global Facilities Team to operate within an assigned budget
