Overview & Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative support and the key areas of responsibility for this role would include but are not limited to:
Management of Switchboard and Reception;
Responsible for filing and document control;
Assisting in handling procurement;
Providing administrative support to procurement, debtors, customer services, commercial, engineering, production, distribution, and SHERQ functions;
Assisting with all other applicable administrative duties.
Essential Requirements
Matric with post qualification in Office Administration or related field;
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in office administration;
Strong organization and administrative skills;
Deadline-driven, ability to work under pressure;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships;
Must have a valid unendorsed driver’s license and own transport;
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
