• Source and market quality candidates from our job portals.
• Source candidates for suitable vacancies.
• Work on jobs specs received from clients.
• Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs.
• Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
• Placing of job adverts on career portals / social media.
• Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks
