• Experience with Accpac system or any finance-related system.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Daily payment allocations.
2. Preparing statements for monthly payments according to remittances.
3. Sending out reminders for payments.
4. Sending out final demands.
5. Handing over to CGIC.
6. Confirmation of COD and invoices.
7. Reconciliations for clients.
8. Handling credit applications for CGIC.
9. Opening new accounts on Accpac upon approval.
10. Following up on 90-day overdue accounts.
11. Assisting with supply list management.
12. Assisting with invoicing and financial statements.
