Job description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Clinical Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure clients receive value and return on investment from VitalAire products and services. This includes recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through regular contact, including face-to-face visits, and monitoring customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and arrange meetings with other divisions or stakeholders within current customer accounts.
  • Educate and inform doctors about VitalAire services, products, and equipment.
  • Manage target areas, organize appointments, and conduct group training sessions with doctors, nursing staff, and administration regarding marketing and sales.
  • Monitor customer performance and report back to prescribing doctors.
  • Create interest in the products and ensure sales growth.
  • Manage own territory, travel as needed, and research developments and changes in assigned areas.
  • Engage in continuous learning to develop a thorough understanding of VA products and solutions.
  • Resolve complaints about products and services, providing after-sales follow-up to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor within customer accounts through research and analysis to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Follow up on customer queries and complaints through effective interdepartmental communication for timely resolution.
  • Establish open communication channels between customers and relevant departments within VA to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare effectively for appointments, researching customer needs, market position, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to monthly sales reports and track sales performance against targets.
  • Continuously research to build knowledge of the territory, industry, market, and competitor trends.
