Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Serve customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards.
  2. Complete transaction processing accurately and timely, following bank procedures.
  3. Project the bank's professional reputation through knowledgeable, courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests, inquiries, or issues.
  4. Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
  5. Participate in ongoing product, digital product, financial services, and sales training to maintain broad knowledge base.
  6. Use product knowledge to assist customers and recommend products and services that meet their needs.
  7. Protect bank assets by following all relevant processes, policies, and procedures related to security, negotiable instruments, and compliance with regulations.
  8. Engage in periodic in-branch communication and promotional activities, if applicable.
  9. Communicate suggestions for workflow and service improvements.
  10. Maintain awareness of and adhere to compliance and risk management policies, applying them in daily tasks.
  11. Deliver high-level service consistent with Serving More standards.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Certifications, and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. 0-2 years of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing for at least 75% of the time, operating a computer continuously, and engaging in verbal communication with customers and coworkers. Must be able to bend, lift up to 25 pounds, raise arms to 90 degrees, and have dexterity for handling currency.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Typically 37.5-40 hours per week, with 2-3 Saturday shifts per month. Full-time hourly position.
