Job summary

A food production company based in Cape Town is seeking a Teleseller to join their Sales and Marketing team. Overview

County Fair has an opportunity for a Teleseller to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Epping. The purpose of the position is to establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to promote and grow the brand of product sales and respond to all inbound sales inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Sales experience in a FMCG or Poultry environment advantageous

Responsibilities
  • Establishing strong relationships with Retail and Wholesale customers
  • Professionally respond to all inbound sales inquiries
  • Sales administration duties
  • Promoting and growing our brands
  • Interacting with our existing and new clients
  • Ensuring that our full range of products are displayed on shelf
  • Maintaining a specified customer base and ensuring excellent after sales service
  • Ordering of stock to ensure correct product mix at store level
  • Maintaining good customer service working relationship
  • Ensuring maximum service levels into stores
  • Servicing our internal and external customers effectively
  • Executing customer orders into the County Fair master LN system from the EDI system
  • Accountable to drive daily targets set out by the business, either to meet or exceed targets
