Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a Matric certificate, a valid driver’s license (mandatory), and be computer literate.
  • Knowledge of retail systems such as Arch and MI9 is advantageous, along with understanding retail and wholesale environments.
  • Leadership & Management:
    • Seeking an experienced leader capable of managing a team of over 20 staff members.
    • Including drivers, telesales clerks, receipt and dispatch clerks, and general workers.
    • Demonstrate strong motivation skills and foster a positive, productive environment.
  • Policy Compliance & Security:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, with a diligent approach to security measures, maintaining the integrity of all operations.
  • Results-Driven & Decision Making:
    • A proactive decision-maker with a focus on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
    • Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet business needs.
  • Experience & Competencies:
    • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Capable of taking ownership, motivating others, and approaching tasks systematically with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving & Reliability:
    • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to handle responsibilities with integrity.
