We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Position: Telesales Consultant

Locations: Fourways, Johannesburg OR Paarl, Western Cape

Industry: Long term Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches and product/service information clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle customer objections and answer questions effectively.
  • Record customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain contact with potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on call trends, customer needs.
  • Comply with quality standards, company policies, and Industry regulations.
Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience in the Financial Planning industry advantageous
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems or call center software.
