Johannesburg South, Gauteng
R7 500 – R10 000 per month plus monthly incentives

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2+ years cold calling/telesales experience
Confident handling quotes, placing orders, and admin
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Sage experience a strong advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:
Call new and existing clients to promote product range
Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit items
Close deals over the phone and process orders accurately
Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-up
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Keep detailed records of calls, orders, and customer details
Work toward monthly sales targets and team KPIs
Identify opportunities to upsell
Prepare basic reports on performance and sales activity
