Telesales Executive -Remote (South Africa)
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

Our Client is a dynamic and solutions focused UK-based company making strides in the Technology space. They are now looking at expanding their sales operations and seeking motivated, results-driven Telesales Executive based in South Africa to join their team.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue by contacting potential customers, presenting their Tech Solutions offering and arranging meetings. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working remotely, and engaging with UK-based clients via phone and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in the UK.
  • Primarily cold lead generation with occasional warm leads
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs to effectively promote relevant products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for performance development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role (UK market experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
  • Flexibility to work UK business hours.
  • CRM and basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
