Purpose of Position :

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Telesales Consultant responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products or services, answer inquiries, address complaints, and maintain customer databases, all while striving to meet sales targets.

Minimum Requirements Qualifications And Skills

• Grade 12
• Internal Sales and or telesales experience
• Commission on sales
• 2 to 3 years in a sales environment meeting targets and acquiring leads
• Drivers License, Own Transport
• Able and willing to visit clients on site when need be (fuel reimbursal)

Duties :

• Achievement of monthly sales target and set goals
• Build customer relations
• Achieve budget GP% as per branch budget
• Liaising with customers and promoting the product range focus on specific areas and markets and work towards predetermined call ratio
• Prospecting quotes and invoicing customers
• Grow the current base
• Follow up on deliveries, quotes and queries
• Proper record keeping and filing of paperwork
• Time management and proper planning via CRM system
