What You'll Do:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on key metrics and insights.

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales pipeline. Your mission is to identify and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of leads for our sales team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify prospective clients
- Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales-readiness.
- Set up discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing on campaigns.
- Provide feedback from the front lines to improve targeting and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in a lead generation, sales development, or similar B2B role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid team.
- Bonus: Experience targeting global markets.
- Recognised degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably Marketing or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years experience in email marketing, research and/or lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to adapt to a performance driven culture.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Base salary 10000Rands plus commissions
