Job Objectives

1. Reduce the number of drop calls to zero
2. Maintain a service level of 95%
3. Meet inbound calls target
4. Manage the chat and e-mail channels, ensuring immediate response to online clients and resolution of complaints and enquiries
5. Adhere to good customer service principles as per Shoprite and adhere to all SOP as defined for your line of business
6. Conform to QA guidelines as set out by operations
7. Resolve and log client queries and complaints accurately using the provided systems
8. Achieve a quality score of not less than 80%
9. Ensure quality & accuracy when actioning tasks / providing information
10. Perform outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote products / campaigns
11. Receive phone calls, chat & e-mail orders and accurately capture onto the system

Qualifications

Essential:

1. Matric (Grade 12)

Desirable:

1. Call centre certification and higher learning certificate or diploma advantageous

Experience

1. Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience
2. Minimum 6 months outbound call centre experience
3. Experience in client retention and sales advantageous
4. Customer service experience
