Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

This role is full-time and remote within South Africa. You'll own outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, and work with Account Executives to convert

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

As Telesales Agent at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
