Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone while meeting volume goals. You will own prospecting, maintain CRM cleanliness and collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and targeting.

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
