We are hiring 10 confident and purpose-driven outbound sales agents for a brand-new funeral cover campaign based in Randburg.
Start date: July / August.
What You Will Be Doing
- Call with purpose: Engage clients telephonically to offer funeral insurance policies that give families peace of mind.
- Own the conversation: Talk through sensitive topics with empathy and guide people toward smart, informed decisions.
- Hit your targets: Bring your A-game every day and exceed your monthly goals.
- Stay sharp: Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and burial plans clearly and confidently.
Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (funeral or life insurance is ideal).
- Strong, consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of policy structures, benefit payouts, and FAIS compliance.
- Matric (Grade 12) is required.
Skills That'll Set You Apart
- Fluent in English (another South African language is a plus).
- Natural on the phone: calm, clear, and persuasive.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive matters with compassion and professionalism.
- Confident using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and call centre software.
