Due to ongoing business growth, our client is expanding their B2C Telesales Team. This role involves managing a team that directly engages with consumers to meet their home-buying needs through outbound calling and appointment setting.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents
Provide coaching and development to improve team members' sales techniques
Ensure individual and team sales targets are met
Book qualified appointments for specialist mortgage brokers
Handle team performance tracking and reporting
Monitor and record client information accurately
Address client queries and deliver excellent customer service
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a telesales team leader
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales track record with target achievement
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Driven and competitive mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Experience in the residential property or financial services industry is beneficial, but not essential
