Job summary

MCI, a US-based tech-enabled BPO provider, is seeking a Telephone Sales Representative in Cape Town where you will reach out to prospective customers, promote products, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will build rapport, identify needs, explain features and pricing, and work toward meeting performance targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Ability to handle multiple systems and speak clearly is essential.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Telephone Sales Representatives – Cape Town, ZA

We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and cloud‑technology solutions to clients across healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology, e‑commerce, and financial services. Our remote and on‑site agents use advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability, and reduce costs.

In this role you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to identify needs, recommend solutions, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Preferred:

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, regularly operate a computer and other office equipment (phone, copier, printer), and may occasionally need to move about the office, reach in any direction, and lift or move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
