About the Role

As part of continued growth, our client is expanding its B2C Telesales Team. This role will involve speaking directly with consumers to understand and support their homebuying needs by booking appointments with specialist brokers. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment ideal for a confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert interest into appointments

  • Secure and book appointments for specialist mortgage brokers

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions

  • Handle inbound queries and provide product information

  • Build rapport with clients and effectively overcome objections

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of telesales experience
