As part of continued growth, our client is expanding its B2C Telesales Team. This role will involve speaking directly with consumers to understand and support their homebuying needs by booking appointments with specialist brokers. Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert interest into appointments
Secure and book appointments for specialist mortgage brokers
Achieve and exceed daily call and appointment targets
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Handle inbound queries and provide product information
Build rapport with clients and effectively overcome objections
Minimum 3 years of telesales experience
Strong telephone manner and proven ability to build rapport
Results-driven with the ability to close
Comfortable handling objections and challenges
High levels of resilience and self-motivation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in residential property or financial services is advantageous, but not essential
