We are seeking Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine physicians, and other physicians experienced in prescribing for midlife women’s healthcare.

Our services include men’s hormone, weight loss, and thyroid treatments. Preference will be given to physicians with experience prescribing for these categories. We are recruiting nationwide and value physicians licensed in multiple states.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform telemedicine consultations via our HIPAA-compliant video platform.
2. Deliver exceptional care to women in midlife experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues.
3. Assist women seeking health and hormone optimization.
4. Review lab results and discuss treatment options with patients.
5. Educate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
6. Titrate medications based on patient response.
7. Prescribe medications as appropriate based on clinical diagnosis.
8. Provide feedback to improve patient experience.

Qualifications:

1. Availability of at least 6-8 hours/week for consultations; 8-12+ hours preferred.
2. MD or DO license, preferably in multiple states.
3. At least 2 years of experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hormone Replacement Therapy (preferred).
4. NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification (preferred).
5. Unrestricted DEA license with experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
6. Excellent communication skills, especially in physician-patient interactions.
7. Comfort with technology and video consultations, or willingness to learn.
8. Deep care for hormone optimization beyond just prescribing medications.
9. Self-motivated and interested in innovative, mission-driven environments.
10. Curious and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Working Hours:

This role offers flexible scheduling. You can see patients as little as 10 hours per week or over 40 hours, at any time of day or night, including weekends. We accommodate your schedule.
