Description:

Our client, based in Moreleta Park, Pretoria East, is currently looking to employ an experienced Telemarketer / Outbound Call Centre Agent. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in cold calling or telesales. Salary is R10,000.00 CTC plus commission.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• At least 3 years of experience in cold calling or telesales

Responsibilities include:

• Making high volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Engaging customers professionally and enthusiastically, building rapport, and addressing inquiries
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to team success
• Developing deep product knowledge and staying updated on offerings
• Following up with leads via phone and email to convert into sales
• Collaborating with team members and managers
