Description

Our client is currently looking to employ an experienced Telemarketer / Outbound Call Centre Agent based in Moreleta Park, Pretoria.

At least 3 years’ experience in cold calling or a telesales role secures.

Salary R10,000.00 CTC
plus commission.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively.
  • Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings.
  • Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales.
  • Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09H00 – 18H00.
