Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 4 years in a solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering role.
• In-depth knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, unified communications, cloud networking, and mobile technologies.
• Proven ability to design complex, end-to-end telecommunications solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive telecommunications solutions encompassing voice, data, and video services.
• Develop detailed architectural designs, including network topology, hardware/software specifications, and integration strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions to meet client needs.
• Create compelling technical proposals and presentations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Provide expert technical guidance during the implementation and deployment phases of solutions.
• Stay current with industry advancements and competitive offerings to ensure our solutions remain state-of-the-art.
