Placements24 seeks a meticulous Telecoms Infrastructure Planner to join the strategy and development team in Paarl, Western Cape. Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, project management, or network design in telecoms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans for deploying telecoms infrastructure including fiber optic and wireless networks.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and capacity planning to optimize deployment strategies.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and forward-thinking Telecoms Infrastructure Planner to join their strategy and development team in Paarl . You will conduct site feasibility studies, analyze network requirements, and develop comprehensive deployment plans for new infrastructure projects. Collaboration with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams will be key to success. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for the deployment of new telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic and wireless networks.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and network capacity planning to optimize deployment strategies.
  • Analyze geographic data and zoning regulations to identify optimal network routes and locations.

  • Liaise with local authorities, property owners, and other stakeholders to secure permits and right-of-way access.
