Job Description

Sales Consultants

Scope

Target is a minimum of 5 sales a day, 100 confirmed sales in a month.
Qualified leads may be provided by lead generators and from online advertising.
Average premium of sales is approximately R250 per product.
Selling value-added services for vehicles and movable assets.
You would need a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from prospecting, presentation, and closing techniques.

Experience

Sales experience is a requirement, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales call centre environment.
A proven track record is required.
References are mandatory, and checks will be conducted to confirm work experience.

Minimum Education Requirement

Matric pass (Diploma will be advantageous).
Tertiary Education - national qualification in marketing will be an advantage.

Skills

Must be computer literate, with a fair understanding of Excel and Word.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Training

One full week of certified training will be provided for successful candidates.
Candidates must attend and complete the full week's training.
On completion, candidates will be presented with a certificate of attendance and completion.
Training includes full sales training requirements and productivity requirements.
Employment offers will be based on training outcomes.

Work Ethic

Must be friendly and get along well with others.
Able to work in a team.
Time conscious; must be at work on time.
Meet all productivity requirements set out.
Good time management skills.
Able to follow instructions and processes.

Earnings

Basic + Commission.
Basic is dependent on experience and closing ability established in training.
Commission is based on the number of sales completed.
Minimum target is 5 sales a day = 100 sales a month.
Average commission earning on 100 sales is approximately R15,000 per month, excluding basic.
