Your Superpowers

  • Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Experience: 12 - 24 months in a Sales/Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment)
  • Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach
  • Communication: High proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Tech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation
