Techno-Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 Azure

We are looking for a highly skilled TechnoFunctional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Azure and Power Platform to drive business process transformation and technical solution implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation
2. Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to align with client needs.
3. Develop and customize D365 applications ensuring seamless functionality across modules.
4. Leverage Azure and Power Platform for integrations and automation.
5. Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
6. Analyze and optimize business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
7. Conduct functional and technical workshops to gather and document client requirements.
8. Map business needs to D365 capabilities providing expert guidance on best practices.
9. Integration, Customization & Testing
10. Oversee data migration, system integrations, and solution customization.
11. Conduct unit and system testing ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
12. Perform quality assurance and troubleshooting for system enhancements.
13. Client Support, Training & Project Management
14. Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
15. Work alongside project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
16. Act as a trusted technical and functional advisor guiding stakeholders through implementation.

Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional or Technical Consultant Certification preferred.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
3. Experience in customization, integration, and automation within D365.
4. Solid understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
5. Hands-on experience with solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
