Bookings Clerks
Manage customer bookings efficiently and professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Coordinate workshop schedules to optimise productivity
Strong organisational and communication skills required
Service Advisors
Provide excellent customer service from check-in to handover
Accurately open job cards and provide cost estimates
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Automotive service experience preferred
Accounts
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting and daily accounts admin
Prior experience in automotive or service industry accounts beneficial
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Workshop Technicians
Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in vehicle repairs
Must be qualified with relevant papers
Valid driver’s licence required
Must be competent in diagnostics and fault-finding
Must have traceable references
Ability to work independently and within a team
Truck Technicians
Minimum 5 years’ experience working on trucks
Must be qualified with relevant papers
Valid driver’s licence essential
Skilled in diagnostics and major mechanical repairs
Strong fault-finding ability and pride in workmanship
Must have traceable references
Parts Department
Manage parts ordering, receiving, and stock control
Ensure accurate issuing of parts to workshop teams
Maintain organised and efficient parts storage
Experience in automotive parts management preferred
Strong attention to detail and accountability required
