Key Responsibilities :

1. Safety First : Demonstrate commitment to zero harm behaviors to foster a world-class safety culture.
2. Training Stakeholders : Develop and deliver tailored training programs, including workshops, e-learning, webinars, seminars, and documentation; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
3. Overseeing New Projects (Commissioning) : Establish timelines, milestones, and foster team collaboration through regular meetings.
4. Establishing Reliability Concepts : Implement best practices for maintenance, quality, and risk management; communicate reliability metrics externally.
5. Technology Growth : Stay updated with technological advancements; promote innovation and continuous learning; evaluate value-added concepts through case studies.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

• Qualified and experienced Artisan (Fitter / Millwright) with over 10 years of experience in slurry pumps and related products, with a Red Seal (Section 13) certification from Olifantsfontein.
• 5–7 years hands-on experience as a qualified artisan in the Mining Industry.
• 10+ years in-depth knowledge of slurry pumps and systems.
• Proficiency in calculating pump duties, flow rates, head, and efficiency.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, report generation, data analysis).
• Experience in technical training and documentation.
• Willingness to travel, conduct plant audits, and recommend improvements.
• Strong background in reliability-centered maintenance and TCO concepts.
