Scania South Africa seeks a qualified Diesel Technician to perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on heavy vehicles, following defined processes and safety guidelines.
The role requires a Matric/N3 or equivalent and a Trade Test Certificate as Diesel Technician, with a minimum of 3 years in a workshop setting. You will contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction by delivering on-time, safe service.
The main responsibility of the Technician is to perform high quality repairs and maintenance. The Technician’s competencies and a continuous improvement of the technical knowledge and skills in combination with a commercial mind-set, will ensure high level performance and customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers, on time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines.
