Job summary

SASSO CONSULTING is seeking an experienced Training Specialist in Boksburg to design, develop and deliver advanced technical and product training to employees, customers and partners. The role requires strong electronics, instrumentation, diagnostics and fault‑finding knowledge, plus the ability to translate complex information into practical training materials.

Qualifications

Registered Assessor and Moderator – essential.
5–7 years in technical training, preferably electronics/mining/engineering.
Strong knowledge of electronic systems, diagnostics and fault-finding.
Advanced technical qualification in Electronics, Instrumentation, Engineering or related field is advantageous.
Proven instructional design experience for technical trainings.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain advanced technical and product training programmes.
Create training materials: manuals, course content, presentations, learner resources.
Develop and support e-learning modules, digital learning content and simulations.
Ensure training content stays technically accurate with current products and developments.
Conduct formal competency assessments and maintain records.
