11. Promote knowledge sharing and facilitate conflict resolution.
12. Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: National Diploma/Degree in IT, ISEB/ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Technical Test Analyst, TMap Next Test Engineer.
• Experience: 2+ years in functional/automated testing, banking industry knowledge, scripting/coding skills.
