Summary : As a Technical Team Lead within the FinMio team, you will drive the technical vision, design, and delivery of our risk management and integration platforms.

You will lead by example, mentoring a team of software engineers, both internal and outsourced, and actively contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.

This role requires a full-stack mindset, with the ability to architect, design, test, and develop scalable software solutions that meet client needs.

Your leadership will be key to ensuring technical excellence and the successful delivery of FinMio Risk and API.

Role Purpose : To lead and grow the technical capabilities of the FinMio engineering team, fostering a culture of speed, excellence, and product-to-market focus.

This involves making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality features for our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities and Skills :

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor software engineers, promoting best practices.
• Architectural Vision & Design : Gather requirements and lead solution design, including technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
• Problem Solving & Optimisation : Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• System Integration : Architect and implement integrations between FinMio and other systems.
• Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance current systems and keep the platform innovative.
• Quality Assurance : Oversee deliverable quality, ensuring standards and security protocols are met.
• Agile Development : Promote Agile methodologies for efficient delivery.
• Innovation : Explore new technologies, especially AI, for platform enhancement.

Preferred Experience : Proven product development experience in a FinTech SaaS environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

Requirements :
